A) Executive Programs
Designed to equip a new key person and/or their core staff to undertake a new task, goal, project or merger. Designed to enhance an existing executive with expanded management skills to increase profit, efficiency or workflow. Designed to recondition a key person or team to adapt to a severe modification in the business climate.
Our system focuses on the people, not the industry or the economic climate. We key in on people skills that generate greater performance regardless of the industry or position within the financial cycle in which the business is functioning. All programs include elements of the “mapping” protocol and team building skills.
B) Private Coaching
This training focuses on the development and evolution of the individual members of the team. It is not training in business skills but rather an enhancement of the analytical interpersonal skills so critical to success in a performance based environment. It begins with a thorough analysis of the person’s natal personality followed by an assessment of his or her natal strengths and weaknesses. Using this metric, we are able to prescribe a specific coaching regimen to perfect that specific person’s evolution to align to the task at hand, and to compliment the team they will be a unit of.
Central to our philosophy is the premise that any major issues in a member’s non-work life will become a negative distraction to work performance. This is especially true in respect to overall time management, opposite sex relationships, handling stress, sleep, and health issues.
C) Business Curriculum Development
There are six professionals serving as instructors. All of them have a working knowledge of the system and each of them offers a specialization into one branch of the system. As a team we excel in curriculum design. Using our unique system we will convert your business model into a curriculum. In other words we can break down the steps in your production and sales process into an energetic map. To map the “DNA” genome of how your business operates. This can be very helpful in training employees, creating business plans, strategic planning and all company operations.
